Ba Be- means three big lakes, it’s far 230km from Hanoi and 80km from Bac Kan town, is the most beautiful sights in Bac Kan province. You reach to Ba Be National Park via Thai Nguyen province which famous with immense, green tea fields, a popular beverage in Vietnam in brand “Thai tea”. Take a cruise on Ba Be Lake along the Nang River, a clear blue flow that can jump for a swim, a beautiful nature of wild flowers, creepers, growing along the riversides. Also by boat to the Tay fishing village of Coc Toc, watching the fishermen fishing and Bo Lu village. Having a full day hike through forest to remote H’mong village of Hin Dam, Pac Ngoi nestled between the forest and limestone cliffs. Stay overnight in Ba Be Guesthouse or local houses enjoying the local foods and talking openly to ethnic minority people.

Day 1: HANOI – BA BE (L, D)
Leave Hanoi in the morning for the 5-hour drive to Ba Be National Park via Thai Nguyen. Arrive at Ba Be National Park around lunchtime. In the afternoon take a two and a half-hour cruise on the peaceful waters of Ba Be Lake, encircled by forest-covered hillsides. Overnight at Ba Be Park Guesthouse.

Day 2: BABE – HIN DAM – BA BE (B, L, D)
A full day forest hike through primary forest to the remote H'mong village of Hin Dam. The going is tough through the forest but the views from the top of the top, the pristine forest flora, medicinal plants and the opportunity to visit a remote hill tribe settlement make it a rewarding and memorable experience. Total trekking time of around 6 hours. Return to Park guesthouse for overnight.

Day 3: BABE – PAC NGOI ( B, L, D)
Leave the guesthouse with an overnight bag and take a boat across the lake to the Tay fishing village of Coc Toc. After visiting the village with its fishermen and local handicrafts follow an easy trail through gardens and orchards to Bo Lu village. Leaving Bo Lu the trail leads through dense forest with trees up to 2,000 years old. After an hour arrive at the picturesque village of Pac Ngoi nestled between the forest and limestone cliffs at the mouth of the Cho Leng River. Lunch is in a traditional village stilt house. In the afternoon explore the village, take a ride in a dugout canoe, swim in the lake or hire a bicycle and cycle along the riverside trail. Dinner and overnight at the village stilt house.

Day 4: PAC NGOI – BA BE – HANOI  (B, L)
After breakfast return head back to the Park Headquarters by motorboat before driving back to Hanoi.
